Yes, Amazon.com (Amazon USA) ships to Canada, however some products sold on Amazon.com do not ship to Canada. Wantboard can help you get these items. Just let us know the items from Amazon.com that you'd like and we'll prepare a quote to buy and ship them to your address in Canada.

Do you have a catalogue or list of items I can choose from?

No, but you can view products at Amazon.com (Amazon USA) online at Amazon.com. 

Can I purchase items only available in-store such as Amazon Go?

At this time, we are only able to help you buy items available on Amazon.com.

Will I receive a quote before purchasing items?

Yes, we'll provide you with a quote shortly after you request your items. The quote will include the cost of the items and any Amazon.com (Amazon USA) shipping fees, plus all international shipping fees, duties, and import/brokerage fees. Aside from GST/HST which is based on your province, there will be no additional taxes.

What are your shipping rates? Do you offer flat rate shipping?

The shipping cost for an order will vary based on your order's weight, dimensions and shipping address. We work with our shipping partners to provide the lowest possible shipping costs. In most cases, the shipping rates for an order weighing under 5 lbs will be between $20 and $35. 

How can I avoid paying sales tax on my order? Do you have a tax free warehouse in the U.S?

Because our orders ship to New Hampshire where there are no sales taxes, you will not have to pay U.S. sales tax on your order. However, depending on the items you order, you may have to pay GST/HST on your order. GST/HST will be paid upfront at the time of purchase. Aside from GST/HST, there will be no additional taxes.

Do I pay for my order in USD or CAD?

You'll pay for your order in CAD. The CAD amount is based on the cost of the item in USD multiplied by the current currency exchange rate plus the costs we incur to import and ship your order to your mailing address.

Are there any items that you cannot purchase for me?

We are able to purchase and ship most pet products with the exception of any live or raw meat and produce, plants, alcohol, items that require refrigeration and any regulated items such as tobacco and medication. Heavyweight or oversized items may not be able to be shipped or may be subject to additional shipping costs.

What if I need to return items?

We would be happy to return your items and provide you with a full refund within 14 days of receipt with the exception of Final Sale items. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. If you would like to return items in your order, please let us know and we'll provide you with prepaid shipping labels that you can use to return your items to us.

Are there any items that cannot be shipped to Canada?

Yes, we highly recommend you purchase several items to save money! Although international shipping and shipping products from the U.S. can be expensive, you can save on shipping costs by ordering multiple Amazon.com items at the same time as we can consolidate multiple packages or Amazon.com orders into a single box.

How fresh are the items? Are they new?

Yes, all Amazon.com (Amazon USA) items are brand new. We will do our best to ensure that items are fresh and have expiry dates as far in the future as possible.

How can I shop from Amazon.com in Canada?

Although there are no Amazon.com (Amazon USA) stores in Canada, Wantboard can help you get items from Amazon.com. Just let us know the items from Amazon.com that you'd like and we'll prepare a quote to buy and ship them to your address in Canada. Once your order has shipped, we'll provide a tracking number that you can use to track your package to its final destination.

Can you help me buy items from a specific Amazon seller?

Yes, just let us know the specific Amazon seller you would like us to purchase your items from when placing your order.

Is Wantboard a package forwarding service or a shipping forwarder?

Yes, we are a shipping forwarder / package forwarder / shipping service that helps Canadian shoppers get items from the U.S. However, unlike most package forwarding services and freight forwarders, we look after the end-to-end experience of purchasing your items, receiving them at our U.S. warehouse and then shipping them to your address in Canada. If an issue occurs at any point, we will take responsibility and make sure that it gets fixed.

Which shipping carriers and shipping services do you use?

We use FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, Canada Post Expedited Parcel and Canada Post Xpresspost. If there is a particular shipping service, shipping option or delivery method that you would like us to use, please let us know at the time of your order.
