Can Video Doorbell Dual (Wired) connect to HomeBase?

• No, Video Doorbell Dual (Wired) only connects to Chime.

Can I share my Video Doorbell Dual with my family members?

• Yes, you can share your device with any of your family members. As an owner, you can adjust permission settings for different people.

Does Video Doorbell Dual support Apple HomeKit?

• No, it supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. It doesn’t currently support HomeKit.

How many hours of video can I store?

• 8GB eMMC built-in storage can store up to 90 days of video. That assumes you’re recording 25 videos per day and each video is 15 seconds—more than enough in most cases. The actual duration varies depending on the recording frequency and video length.

Can I use Amazon Echo/Google Home Mini as a chime?

You can use Amazon Echo as a chime. Here's how:

1. Enable the eufy Security skill on your Alexa App.
2. Link the eufy Security account to Alexa.
3. Discover a new device.
4. Find Video Doorbell Dual and enable Doorbell Announcement.
**Google Home Mini is not supported.

If the storage is full, what should I do?

• You don't need to do anything. New videos will overwrite the oldest ones.

Is the installation process complicated?

• eufy has worked to make the installation as simple as possible. eufy uploaded an installation video to show you what to do, or you can hire an electrician if you don't feel comfortable.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Due to the unique nature of the items purchased on our website, we cannot accept returns for items that do not perform as expected due to Canadian compatibility issues or items that do not suit the desired needs of the user.
