FAQS

How long does the battery last? The rechargeable battery can last for up to 15 hours depending on use and charges in as little as 2 hours from empty to full. If the battery level is low and the battery needs to charge, the light indicator just above the power button will illuminate red.

What do the buttons do? With three easy buttons for quick control, Rest Go was designed to be simple. Press and hold the center button to turn Rest Go on or off and use a short press to change the sound. Nestled on either side of the central button are two volume buttons, use a short press on the plus sign to increase the volume level and a short press on the minus sign to decrease it.

How many volume levels are there? 12

Do you need to use the Hatch Sleep app? Do you need WiFi or Bluetooth connection? There’s no app, WiFi or Bluetooth required - just grab and go with a rechargeable battery that lasts all day.

Parents assume all responsibility for selecting volume and sound settings that are appropriate for their child. Never place against baby’s ears or in a crib or bed. Always check with child’s pediatrician prior to using any sound machine. Not a toy and not for teething. Do not leave the device charging next to your child. Never use in or near water, or if plastic housing is damaged or hot. Never disassemble. This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

If you need to ship to a country outside Canada, please contact us at support@wantboard.com.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Some items may not be eligible for a refund or may only be eligible for a refund if they are unopened, unused and sealed due to vendor restrictions. Please review the item's webpage on our website to view these restrictions.

Due to the unique nature of the items purchased on our website, we cannot accept returns for items that do not perform as expected due to Canadian compatibility issues or items that do not suit the desired needs of the user.
