Who is ClearUP intended for? ClearUP is for adults 18+ years old. ClearUP Sinus Pain Relief is to be used for the temporary relief of sinus pain associated with allergic rhinitis and moderate to severe congestion due to colds, flu and allergic rhinitis. However, it should not be used if you have an active implanted metallic device in the facial area, pacemaker, are pregnant or have any abnormal neurological symptoms. (It should not be used to treat polyps, infections, or inflamed turbinates. Individual results will vary according to one’s symptoms, severity and history.)

How long does the treatment last? Research revealed that a single 5-minute treatment lasts up to 6 hours. Users report a reduction in the severity of symptom occurrence with regular use.

How often can I use ClearUP? Use as needed, up to 4 times a day.

Is micronutrient technology new? Microcurrent is a low-current electrical stimulation about 1/1000 the level of traditional TENS therapy. Is ClearUP covered by my insurance, HSA or FSA?

ClearUP is FSA and HSA eligible. It is not covered by insurance at this time.

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
