  You can always control your Wave using the buttons on the device, but the app lets you do so much more. Through the app, get access to more features and options to create personalized relief for hot flashes and other menopause symptoms like sleep disruptions, chills, and increased stress. Change how long your sessions last; choose specially designed waveforms for different situations; reprogram your Wave’s buttons for shortcuts to your favorites, and track your patterns over time. • Do I need to buy a separate band or charger for my Wave 2? 
  No. Embr Wave comes with everything you need right in the box — but you can buy accessories if you’d like to change up your look or get an extra charger for extra convenience. Your Wave comes installed with our premium Milanese loop band, made of stainless steel in black or rose gold and featuring an adjustable magnetic clasp. A magnetic charger in a matching finish is also included. Plug it into any standard USB wall plug for a full charge in about 2 hours.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Some items may not be eligible for a refund or may only be eligible for a refund if they are unopened, unused and sealed due to vendor restrictions. Please review the item's webpage on our website to view these restrictions.

Due to the unique nature of the items purchased on our website, we cannot accept returns for items that do not perform as expected due to Canadian compatibility issues or items that do not suit the desired needs of the user.
