Echo Auto connects to Alexa through the Alexa app on your phone and uses your existing smartphone data plan. Carrier charges may apply. Check if your vehicle's air vents are compatible with the included mount.

Will this connect to my car?

Echo Auto connects to most cars that support Bluetooth to play music or that have an auxiliary input. It works best on cars that don't have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Check if your vehicle’s Bluetooth is compatible with Echo Auto.

How does Echo Auto work?

Echo Auto connects to Alexa through your phone's Alexa app and plays through your car's speakers via Bluetooth or auxiliary input. Each time you start your car make sure your phone's volume is up and set your car stereo to the correct input. Then say “Alexa”—wait for the chime—and ask.

Simple to setup and use

1) Plug Echo Auto into your car's USB port or cigarette lighter and mount it to an air vent.

2) Use the Alexa app to begin setup.

3) Before every drive, set your car stereo to Bluetooth or auxiliary and adjust the volume on your phone and stereo.

4) Just ask Alexa for music, news, directions, and more.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less any vendor shipping and handling costs, up to 14 days after they have been delivered. When returning your item, please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, we can only accept a return if the item is defective.

If you received a damaged or defective item we can replace the item for you free of charge. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Some items may not be eligible for a refund or may only be eligible for a refund if they are unopened, unused and sealed due to vendor restrictions. Please review the item's webpage on our website to view these restrictions.

Due to the unique nature of the items purchased on our website, we cannot accept returns for items that do not perform as expected due to Canadian compatibility issues or items that do not suit the desired needs of the user.

Because we ship from Canada, orders are not subject to any customs charges, duties, import taxes or brokerage fees.
